I finished it just as we were pulling off the highway on our exit for home last weekend after our wonderful, relaxing weekend.
Despite Liam's pained I'd-rather-be-playing smile, he professes to love his hat and even insisted on wearing it to bed the night I finished it.
The yarn is Plymouth Encore Tweed, a worsted acrylic blend, and the (free!) pattern is called the Carrick Bend Cap.
